and yes! Red velvet really is the cake pop flavor!

The donuts do smell like krispy kreme donuts because I used butterscotch candy melts which gives a maple scent.. Reminds me of my favorite doughnut flavor -- Maple!

I love the effect!

How did I do it?

After dipping it in white chocolate, I drizzled butterscotch candy melts before it even dried, which blended and dried with the white chocolate :)

 

Cake Pops for Banfield Pet Hospital

Ordered just 2 days before, I still couldn't refuse to take this order

It's just a simple and plain cake pop anyway with their logo

I would have done dogs and cats if I was given enough time in advance

to shop for materials, I just had to work with what I had in stock

luckily I have candy melts in those colors available

As you can see, I didn't even get to wrap them because I didn't

have any wrappers in stock

Also received a last minute call last night that this order will be picked up

earlier than given time so I was really in quite a rush finishing them up

but gladly, they turned out great :)

I'm happy with the final product and so is the client

putting smiles on their faces and seeing their satisfaction

is the most important for me

I'm out of words with amazement with this purse cake!

It turned out even better and easier than I imagined

considering I don't own a kiosk printer to print edible images/logo

The leather, the creases and the stitches looks unbelievably real!

Even the bow on the side turned out perfect!

This is by far the best purse cake I've ever made

Just as I thought Juicy Couture would be the hardest!

And it only took me 4 hours to make this!

Mocha chiffon flavored cake with cream cheese frosting

Marshmallow fondant and chocolate marshmallow fondant for decorations

...YES! everything is edible!

I was very hesitant due to the hot summer weather but she insisted to order

Unfortunately, they did melt

But lesson learned, cake pops are only to be shipped during winter season 

Anyone who insists on summer shipping should be aware that overnight shipping and dry ice is highly required which may 'up' the shipping fees

A client who also happens to be an old highschool friend of mine was discussing a future order mentioned that her son was turning 4 in 3 days and no party was planned as of yet, since I have a miniature cake to make that same day I know I'll have extras and decided to offer her one for her son's birthday as a gift

She mentioned that her son happens to be into Marvels: The Avengers thes days

It was a challenge to incorporate such details in a tiny cake so I didn't make any promises, 

I simple said "I'd give it a try"  

And that "try" turned out to be awesome

It's very simple and neat-looking 

yet it does scream Avengers

A last minute order I couldn't say no to..

The order was supposed to be cupcakes but I suggested a miniature cake since it's for a baby's 1st month birthday, something special and different than regular celebratory delectables

I threw in a few cake pops and cake balls just to make it look more elaborate

 Everything from the candle to the ribbon around the stand perfectly blended well

There's nothing I would change about this creation

The moment she heard the term whimsical 

"Alice in wonderland" crossed her mind

My addiction to miniature cakes is unstoppable!

For a close friend's daughter's 13th birthday and her Mom's 58th birthday celebrated on the same day, I decided to create simple yet fun designs. 

Luckily, her Mom's favorite color is yellow! and who could go wrong with a flower topper? And yes, everything is edible!

Fun yet simple colors for the 13 year old celebrant, topped with a pretty bow!

Each design chosen were perfect for their age :)

Edible toppers add a perfect touch!

...and I love how neat and simple they look yet still elegantly fun!

 Walking around the Luxor hotel where the party was being held, I was stopped numerous times by people asking me where I bought these, too bad I didn't have my business cards with me. 

Everyone was in-cuteness-love with it!

Every year a friend of mine throws an annual Luau party

Although I never got the chance to attend any of them, I wanted to make something special for the party this year, at the same time, it'll be a great opportunity to promote my delectables to a different crowd
